affordable rental housing in Massachusetts, including
accessible and adaptable homes for people with

Some of the features of Mass Access include:
- Vacancy and waitlist information for all affordable
rental housing in Massachusetts, including housing for
people with disabilities
- Ability for property owners and managers to login to
the registry and post their own available rental units
and housing applications
- Ability for consumers to login and customize and
save housing searches
- The opportunity for housing consumers to receive
email updates when new units become available
- An automated mapping feature to track the location
of available units
